North Dakota K-12 Computer Science Policies

The North Dakota Department of Education has been making great strides in 2019. Currently, North Dakota lawmakers are working to pass Senate Bill 2171 which will allocate $6 million to train teachers to teacher computer science and cybersecurity.

March 19, 2019 - The North Dakota legislature approved a bill last week to establish computer and cyber science credentials for teachers, moving the state closer to achieving its vision for computer science and cybersecurity education.
